The organizers in Batumi (Georgia) have published the final standings of the 1st European Youth Chess Championship Under-8. Official website: www.eurobatumi2007.ge. The Turkish Chess Federation provided transmission of live games. The Medal winners are:

Girls: 1. Aidan Hajatova AZE 8/9; 2. Narmin Mammadova AZE 7; 3. Tinatini Lagadze GEO 6.5.
Boys: 1. Nikita Aivazyan RUS 8/9; 2. Yevgeny Shtembulyak UKR 6.5; 3. Volkan Sevgi TUR 6.5.
