Dear Friends,

Circular Letter No. 09/2003

As already announced in our Circular Letter No. 8 the ECU General Assembly will take place in connection with the European Team Championship

in Plovdiv/Bulgaria
on Saturday, 18 October 2003

According to 4.15 of the Statutes, proposals from member federations to be included in the agenda for the General Assembly should reach our secretariat not later than three months before the beginning, that means by 17 August 2003.

Concerning the European championships 2005 we have received the following bids:

  • European Youth Championship 2005
    - Pardubice (Czech Republic)
    - Serbia and Montenegro (Budva)
    - Turkey
  • European Youth Team Championship
    - Serbia and Montenegro (Beograd)
    - Turkey
  • European Club Cup
    - Serbia and Montenegro (Budva)
    - Slovakia (Strbske Pleso)
    - Turkey
    - Italy (St. Vincent)
  • European Club Cup for Women
    - Serbia and Montenegro (Budva)
    - Turkey
    - Italy (St. Vincent)

The decisions about the venues will be taken by the ECU Board at the next meeting.
